Appetizers:

Zuppa del Lendicchio: $10.00

Lentils simmered in a hearty vegetable broth drizzled with extra virgin olive oil topped with Parmigiano cheese served with Tuscan grilled bruschetta bread.

Suggested Wine: Chianti $8.

 

Angelina's Famous Stuffed Artichoke: $12.00

Fresh large steamed artichoke stuffed with seasoned breadcrumbs

served with garlic and oil or pesto cream sauce.

Suggested Wine: Hob Nob Pinot Noir $8.

 

Mozzarella Ripieno: $14.00

Homemade fresh mozzarella stuffed with imported prosciutto,

roasted peppers and black olives served over sliced vine ripened

tomatoes drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and basil.

Suggested Wine: Canyon Merlot $8.

 

Insalata Frutti di Mare: $16.00

Calamari, scungilli, scallops and rock shrimps tossed with black olives, shaved celery, parsley, garlic and diced red onions drizzled with extra virgin

olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon.

Suggested Wine: Sauvignon Blanc $8.

 

Pasta:

Fiocchi alla Rosa: $26.00

Rosebud shaped pasta filled with caramelized pear and ricotta cheese sautéed

with jumbo shrimp and fresh spinach in a pomodoro basil sauce enhanced with

a touch of cream complemented with lump crab meat.

Suggested Wine: Riesling $7.

 

"The Wheel" Formaggio in Caretta (for two): $44.00

Spaghetti tossed in an imported Wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese

infused with a flame of cognac.

Risotto pesce Spada: $26.00

A delightful risotto dish consisting of swordfish filets, rock shrimps and

sea scallops sautéed with asparagus tips and white crimini mushrooms

in a light vodka sauce slowly simmered with Italian Arborio Rice.

Suggested Wine: Lumina Pinot Grigio $8.

 

Pollo Paisano: $22.00

Half spring chicken cut up and sautéed with sweet Italian sausage, potatoes,

onions and hot long Italian peppers in a white wine garlic sauce

served with seasoned mixed vegetables.

Suggested Wine: Canyon Road Cabernet $8.

 

Osso Buco Milanese: $28.00

Natural round bone in veal shank from the leg braised with fresh herbs simmered with potatoes, peas, carrots and mushrooms in a rich red wine sauce complemented on a bed of Italian Arborio Rice.

Suggested Wine: Sangiovese $9.

 

Salmone alla Mustardo: $28.00

Alaskan salmon filet grilled and sautéed with scallops in a light Dijon

mustard sauce with a touch of cream and cognac served with

fresh asparagus and a mesclun tomato salad.

Suggested Wine: Santa Marina Pinot grigio $7.

 

Dentice Putanesca $30.00

Caribbean red snapper filet pan seared and sautéed with capers, fresh olives and a hint of hot pepper in a pomodoro basil sauce complemented with rock shrimps served with seasoned escarole and roasted potatoes.

Suggested Wine: Canyon Road Chardonnay $8.

 

Chef DiNardi's Zuppa di Pesce: $34.00

A delightful combination of seafood consisting of calamari, jumbo

and rock shrimps, bay scallops sautéed with P.E.I. mussels

little neck clams in a light fra'diavolo sauce complemented

with sole filets served over a bed of linguini.
